One of the common misconceptions of people is that if you want to lose weight, you have to stop eating and drinking altogether
Some people think that eating and drinking should be reduced and especially do not eat things that cause weight gain

Right Way to Lose Weight
According to the law of nature, the day is divided into three parts
Eight hours of rest, eight hours of work and eight hours of worship
Now you can choose any one of the eight hours to keep your body fit and you have to eat and drink in these eight hours. The remaining 16 hours will take nothing but water. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness
But keep in mind that eating does not mean sleeping, it means not eating at all before going to bed, otherwise you will gain weight instead of losing it.
